Dr. Kamal Sh. Mahmoud is a lecturer at Mustansiriyah University, Baghdad, Iraq. He received his BS and MSc in civil (Structural) engineering from the University of Technology in 1998 and 2004, and PhD in civil (Structural) engineering from Mustansiriyah University in 2018, Baghdad, Iraq. His researches interests in the structural behavior of steel beams, strengthen of steel beams by external prestressing strand and carbon fiber also shear flexural strength of normal and deep beams
