Prof. Barbara Pfeffer

Barbara Pfeffer Billauer is Research Professor of Scientific Statecraft at the Institute of World Politics in Washington DC and Professor of Law in the International Program of Bioethics, University of Porto, Portugal. She earned a B.S. in Biology from Cornell University (Hons.), an M.A. in Occupational Health from N.Y.U., a J.D. from Hofstra University, and a PhD from the Haifa University Faculty of Law. She has been certified in Public Health Risk Policy by Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and Asbestos Management by the E.P.A. She also writes for the American Council on Science & Health
