Roel

Roel Flores earned his Bachelor’s degree from Leyte Normal University and went on to pursue a Master of Arts in Special Education at the University of Makati. Currently, he is furthering his academic journey by pursuing a Doctorate in Philosophy, specializing in Special Education.
