Choongik

Choongik Choi received his Ph. D. in urban and regional planning from Seoul National University. He joined the department of Public Administration at Kangwon National University in 2008. His recent works include projects on how spatial development and urbanization in risk society make cities and countries vulnerable to environmental threats.
