Leo M. Afable
The author was born on July 27, 1979, in Arteche, Eastern Samar. He is the third child of Mr. Cancio Afable (+) and Mrs. Medalla Afable. He graduated his elementary education at Arteche Central Elementary School as Class Salutatorian in 1992 and finished his secondary education at Arteche National High School as Class Valedictorian in 1996. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry degree at Eastern Visayas State University, Tacloban City, in 2000 as an Academic Excellence Awardee.
