Jorge

Jorge Quintana is an economist working on topics related to household consumption, the interaction between monetary and macro-prudential policy, and macro dynamics under heterogeneous beliefs. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main. He has held positions at the Central Bank of Mexico, at Grupo Financiero Banorte, and various research institutes.
