His Royal Highness Fon. KUM Ekia Gilbert, is an Independent Legal Researcher and Specialist in Public International Law. He is the 2nd Class Traditional Ruler of the Kung Second Class Fondom with locus in Cameroon since the year 1999. His Royal Majesty is a holder of a Diploma in Politics and Government; BA in Political Science; BA (Hons) in Social Sciences with Politics, a Master's degree in Droit International des Affaires, an LL.M in International Business Law; and an Advanced Specialised LL.M in Public International Law. He is a legal Researcher and a Lobbyist accredited to the European Parliament and is living in Paris-France since the year 1997.
