Khaled

Khaled Athmouni was born in Metlaoui, Tunisia in 1989. He received the licence, master and Ph. D. degrees in biotechnology and valorization of biomolecules all from the faculty of science of Sfax, in 2011, 2014 and 2018 respectively. He has optimized several encapsulated methods of biological molecules. His research interests include extraction, antioxidant and encapsulation way of various molecules extracted from medicinal plants.
Dr. Athmouni is also the author of the most recent scientific research.
