Binod Chandra

Mr.  Mishra is a post graduate in natural science and MBA. Worked in state administrative service of Odisha govt. For 22 years and took voluntary retirement to join TATA groups with experience for 10 years to look after land acquisition for the green field industries and mines. He has the distinction of working in the field of land acquisition in irrigation project, industrial and mining land acquisition through IDCO of Odisha. He was part of drafting committee of Odisha R&R policy 2006 which was the guiding force for national R&R policy 2007 and the part of R&R provisions in new LARR act of 2003. He was instrumental in developing 13000 acres industrial complex at Kalinga Nagar, site selection of the biggest FDI Posco. Writes in web base journal ssrn.com his experience in LA and R&R. A visiting faculty to ASCI Hyderabad and IIT Kharagpur.
