Dr. Santhapalli

Dr. Santhapalli Gautami working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering in Tirupati. She has awarded Ph.D in Management from Sri Venkateswara University in 2015. She has qualified Masters degree in Business Administration from School of Business Management at S. V. University, Tirupati in 2001. She has 18 years of Experience in both Company & Teaching and Research. She has awarded as Leading Educationist of India Award from Saint Martin Council of Research Accreditation commission, Melbourne, Australia. She got sanction of Grant in aid worth 10 Lakhs Government Funded Project AICTE AQIS Prerana Scheme for Higher Education to SC ST Students 2019. She has recognised as Research Supervisor by JNTUA Anantapuramu in 2018. She has authored a Management Book published in International publishers in 2016. She has qualified the APSLET in 2017. She has certified by APSHE British Council as Trainer. She has ratified as Associate Professor by JNTUA Anantapuramu in 2015. She is the university topper in Finance Specialization in 2001 batch in her Masters Degree in Business Administration. She has obtained any technical Courses; she has acquired many online Course Like SPSS, NPTEL, MOOCs. She is handling all finance specialization papers for MBA, MCA, B.Tech. She has given guidance to more than 118 MBA students project work. She has performed as resource person, she has invited talks in many Seminars, workshops, FDPs and Management Meets. She has published 25 Research papers in National and International Journals. She has organized and participated in several National, International Seminars, Conferences, Workshops and faculty development pedagogies which inspired in sharing and gaining knowledge. She has obtained memberships in several professional societies.
