Prof. Sarkar(49)has 23 years of formal teaching and administrative experience in reputed  management institutions of India. He has been the Vice-Principal and Member-Secretary of Tagore Centre for Human Values. As a Corporate Educator he has conducted 70 Workshops across India & abroad with top and middle level executives of public and private sector companies on Values, Ethics, Leadership & Stress Management. As a Visiting Professor he has also delivered 45 courses and Workshops at various academic institutions across India. His publications include 32 papers/articles,3 monographs,4 book chapters and one book. He has been retained as a management consultant by national and international companies, has been a   professional member of many professional organizations. He takes interest in social work & conducts spiritual discourses on Bhagavad Gita, Sri Sri Chandi & Upanishads.
