Professor MOKUBE Mathias Itoe is a born Cameroonian, holder of a PhD in Business Administration with concentration in Governance and Cyber Security. He is a senior Researcher in the Cabinet of the Prime Minister, Head of Government. He also has two masters degrees: Master in Financial Management and Master in Accounting, Control, and Audit. He holds a postgraduate diploma in management and a bachelor's degree in accounting, control, and auditing.
