Pablo Angel Lugo Martinez
Dr Pablo Angel Lugo is an artist and researcher of considerable international reputation. He studied in Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom, he was granted with a Summa Cum Laude mention in his PhD in Art: production and research, supported by a scholarship from the JUMEX Fundation for Contemporary Art.
He teaches in the UK and overseas in his areas of specialism, and he is a Judicial Expert in Mexico and founder of Glocal Art Markets Consultants Ltd in London.
