I has been working on organization diagnosis as an OD researcher and professional consultant for both public and private organizations over 20 years in Thailand. My belief is spending more time for organization diagnosis then organization can benefit from solving the right problems. Currently, I am working as Assistant to the President for HRM at NIDA (National Institute of Development Administration) and have been a lecturer at School of HRD for Performance Management and Transorganization Development classes.
