Particularly Software Engineering, has flourished, both in India and overseas. However, amidst the achievements lies several pressing issues within Higher Education Management, encompassing governance, priority-setting, facilities provision, student life, future trends, leadership, retention, and various social concerns. This paper delves into the pivotal role of Higher Education in driving economic, Social, and Cultural changes at present, offering opportunities for individuals on various social, moral, and economic fronts. As a source of specialized knowledge and skill development, Higher Education contributes to create human capital and fostering Social and Economic transformations through the young people of the Country. Among the key players in the Management of Higher Education, the Teacher's Association also occupies a vital position within the Vertical Division of Society and also the Higher Education Management System. The primary goal of this research is to identify and analyze the challenges faced by Higher Education Management in India, shedding light on recent trends and their impact on modern society. By drawing conclusions from extensive data, including survey research, research reports, journals, publications, and research papers, this study aims to propose improvements for the Higher Education System, which forms the backbone of Indian society. Key factors considered in this research include the Human Development Index (HDI), education system theory, enrollment rates, and teaching faculty that offers conclusive suggestions for the betterment of Higher Education Management and its role in shaping a bright future for India.
