Climate Change is battering roughly to least development countries in The South causing three principal crises (economic, environmental, social). The increase of natural disasters (floods, hurricanes) cause the exodus of thousands of affected dwellers to capital cities increasing the poverty belts. The rampant deforestation of forest areas drove to biodiversity erosion and cause mud-sliding affecting lives and capitals. Also, economic crisis is followed to these events with foods price increase. International agreements were signed but USA through Trump’s representation didn’t. To tackle the effects of Climate Change on people and their livelihoods. There are two strategies that were proposed for this objective. The First is the mitigation and the Second is the Adaptation.
