This study is a qualitative-phenomenological research approach that was guided by the following research questions: 1. How do Post-Millennials describe their involvement in Facebook usage in terms of nature, frequency, and effects? 2. What are the perceived gratifications on the usage of Facebook by Post-Millennials? 3. What is the concept of gratification on the usage of Facebook of Post-Millennials? 4. What school-based program can be proposed to educate Post-Millennials about the proper behavior and usage of social media platforms like Facebook? This study was centered on the Uses and Gratification Theory of Jay Blumler and Denis McQuail.
