This book is a qualitative-phenomenological research that was guided by the following research questions: 1. What are the experiences of adolescents with both parents working abroad in terms of 1.1. Parent-Child Relationship (Father and Mother); 1.2. Perceived Effects (Negative and Positive); and 1.3. Ways of Coping. 2. What counseling program in school can be proposed to address the concerns of adolescents with both parents working abroad based on the results of the study? This study was centered on the Multigenerational Theory of Dr. Murray Bowen. There were twelve participants purposively met the inclusion criteria (a) ages ranging from 13-17 years old (b) both father and mother are working abroad for three years already. In-depth interviews and behavioral observation were research techniques used for data collection. Responses were transcribed, coded, and broken down into emergent themes through Thematic Analysis. The data were presented, analyzed, and interpreted. Make a summary, conclusions, and necessary recommendations based on the results of the study.
